SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We're a UK-based store, and we currently ship to customers across the United Kingdom. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, and usually take 5-10 business days from dispatch. If you have any questions about your order's shipping status, please get in touch via our Customer Service page and we'll be happy to help.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love what you order. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they're unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us via our Customer Service page with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some personal care items may not be eligible for return once opened.
